Hi there! I’m Kiara, the face behind KB Coordinating LLC and your wedding coordinator, timeline lover, and day of backup brain.

What started as a love for weddings and celebrating love stories grew into a passion driven business where I get to support couples during the most monumental time of their lives. I believe every couple deserves a stress-free wedding day, and I’m here to make that happen with thoughtful coordination, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine love for what I do.
Whether you need partial planning support or someone to step in and take charge on your big day, I’m here every step of the way. Outside of weddings, you’ll find me soaking in all the sweet, simple moments with my beautiful family, enjoying time to travel, sipping on an iced coffee and cheering on local businesses! 
I’m a proud mama to two wonderful babies and engaged (twins!) to my wonderful fiancé, Sean. You might even see Sean at your wedding alongside me, either helping with set up or included in a package as your videographer!

Based in Warrensburg, MO, I’m here for the couples who know they want structure, peace of mind, and someone who just gets it. My job is to make the day feel smooth and the memories everlasting, without you ever needing to check your watch—because this is more than a checklist. I provide a personalized experience that goes beyond the basics to make sure your day flows the way it should.
