Kiara was very helpful in the planning process! She came to my decor appointments and we also met up to chat a few times before the wedding as well! Having her there to set up was so wonderful and she executed my vision of the space perfectly. She was also very attentive to my concerns with family dynamics and guests who do not speak English.

I am SO glad that we chose KB Coordinating to coordinate our wedding day! She was such a HUGE help on the big day!! She did SO much on our crazy busy day! She steamed out the bad wrinkles that were on my veil that was still stuffed in the Etsy bag 🥹 (I should’ve known I wouldn’t of had time to do it that morning!), she helped put away many tubs and boxes in the U-Haul I had rented, she set up my sweetheart table during cocktail hour, coordinated the faux exit in my convertible, she did SO much and did many many things behind the scenes communicating with everyone involved, she really knew what she was doing!!! She even had a big emergency kit she brought with her that had everything you might need! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kiara!!
