The Venue Walkthrough ensures everything is aligned with your vision. Starting at $50, this service depends on your location, and is free for any local couple. (local: 30 mile radius from Warrensburg)

Rehearsal Attendance - $50

additional hours - $75
Additional Hours of coordination are available to extend coverage beyond your package. This service is priced at $75 per hour.
Tear Down - $100
Starting at $100, Tear Down includes clearing trash, removing centerpieces & table decor, stacking chairs, and clearing off tables.
dECOR SET UP - $250
Starting at $250, Decor Setup is for couples who only need help bringing their decor vision to life on the wedding day. Decor setup is already included within all planning/coordination packages, so this option is reserved strictly for those not booking a full package.
cHAIR & TABLE SETUP - $50
Our Chair and Table Setup service takes care of arranging all chairs, tables, and linens. Starting at $50, this service varies in price depending on the size of your venue and guest count.
